Returns without fuss

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return products within 30 days of receipt.*

This also applies to items from a special promotion. With a subscription it applies to each delivery individually – the 30 days start again each time a delivery reaches you.

This return is voluntary. It comes in addition to your statutory rights and does not restrict them – the details are set out on the page Right of withdrawal.

Satisfaction guarantee

*With consumable and hygiene products such as SleepTape, AirStrip or PureGlycin, a return after opening or use is only possible to a limited extent – we cannot reuse used goods. Our satisfaction guarantee therefore applies to these products: get in touch anyway. We will look at your case individually and find a fair solution.

Steps for returning an item

  1. Announce the return. Write to us via the contact form, by email to kontakt@zorvito.ch or via WhatsApp. Have your order number to hand.
  2. Prepare the parcel. Enclose a note with the order number and pack the items, in the original packaging where possible. Close the parcel carefully.
  3. Address it and send it off. Write your sender address and our return address clearly on the parcel:

    Hand the parcel in at a drop-off point. You will get a return label there. You bear the cost of the return shipment.
  4. Refund. As soon as your return reaches us, we initiate the refund – usually within 24 hours of the parcel arriving. How long it then takes until the credit appears depends on your bank or your payment provider. The purchase price of the returned items is refunded; the shipping costs of CHF 5.90 are not included. Additional information

Order tracking. You can track your shipment online and see at any time where your parcel is. As soon as your return has reached us, we will get in touch.

With a goods value over 75 CHF a tracked shipment is worthwhile – we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Amounts in euros. All amounts on this page are given in francs. For deliveries to Germany and Austria we convert into euros. You will see the exact amounts at checkout before you order.
